In 2019, I traveled to Alaska with my family, where my father and I enjoyed fly fishing in a secluded location. We flew by seaplane to an inland lake to fish for salmon, immersing ourselves in Alaska’s stunning wilderness. My grandpa, Al Sprague, was also a frequent visitor to Alaska, often fishing near Ketchikan. Alexander Fly Fishing was inspired by a trip to Ketchikan and portrays one of his friend’s sons embracing the profound connection with nature that fly fishing in Alaska offers on a perfect day.
